Hello lovelies!
I just wanted to pop in and talk a little bit about trying to write books or stories while having a full-time job. It takes a lot of effort, and things go a lot slower because of it.
There's nothing I wish more than to be able to live on my writing. I dream about becoming a published author, to release books that not only excite but also move readers.
But this takes a lot of time and effort. And sometimes I feel like I fall short on the writing part, simply because I don't have enough time, or because I'm too tired to write after work.
I don't really know where I'm going with this post, more than to say that we are a lot of people in the same boat. Many of us dream about writing a book and having the chance to earn a living on it, but have to continue our "normal" jobs instead.
One thing I try to remember is that I write for myself. I write to express myself and to be creative. I want to make something of my own, and regardless if my writing ends up published, I'll still be pretty damned proud of it.
Love,
Jenny.
