A blog? A BLOG?

Yes, that's correct, friends and strangers. I, Jenny, have started a blog. What for, you may ask? Well, to be honest: to hold myself accountable in order to finish this novel I just started working on.

Pretty splendid idea, huh?

I thought so myself.

But who am I, you might ask?

I am a 27 yr old woman from Sweden, a nurse by day and a writer by night. I dream about making a living out of my writing, regardless if it's in Swedish or in English. I've always enjoyed reading, and wrote my first little "book" in first grade. It was called: the boy and the girl.

Three guesses what it was about ...

It never really stopped there though. I've continued to write, either just for myself to get my thoughts in order, or FanFiction, or trying (and quitting) to write a novel. But I feel like it's finally time to make that dream come true, regardless if I write a best seller or just something that I'll enjoy myself.

So ... this is it! This is me holding myself accountable, and you making sure I follow through! No more joking around. That novel isn't going to write itself. It's time to pluck up the courage and actually do it.
